A part of an international chain of clubs ranging from Dubai to San Francisco and back home to LA, this mega club has made a name for itself in the Hollywood area and is one of the most recognizable locations in the city. The room is large, cavernous, and all white in what screams a Miami fashion. This location is branded for having the majority of it’s tables being a bed where one can literally lean back on. Very few do as the energy is so hyped that you’ll want to be on your feet at all times. Between great DJs, celebrities and Hollywood red carpet events, this location never ceases to amaze club-goers.

From the owners of some of the best clubs in Hollywood comes a slightly smaller and newer rendition of the same, good ol’ fashioned formula – talent. Priding themselves on their relationships with big name DJs, this place gets some of the best and most obscure house and deep house DJs from all over the world. With open-format nights as well, this place has a little bit of it all.

Named ‘Mega-club of the Year’ for 2013 by the Nightclub & Bar Awards, Lure is exactly that – a mega-club. Known most famously for house music, EDM fans are welcome to join in. This place boasts large rooms and two sides – indoor and outdoor patio. Sometimes both sides are open, sometimes just one but enjoy the near tropical theme of the outdoors or the very Vegas-style indoor club.

One of the longest standing clubs to fall on the list of most exclusive clubs with a magnificent resilience to the whims of Hollywood’s fickle trends. Something between a mega-club and a boutique lounge, SBE really hit the nail on the head with this location. It gives you the feel of an intimate party while the room holds a lot more people than it would lead on. With two lounges on either side of the dancefloor, you can choose your experience to fall in the middle of the lights, happenings, contortionists from the ceiling, and the happening dancefloor, or tuck away to a slightly quieter and more affordable experience off to the sides of the main party.

Owners David Arquette and the team from The Beverly bring a quaint nightclub layout swarmed with celebrities and beautiful people. As a much smaller layout than it’s mega-club counter parts, this location allows itself to be more selective making the party fun but the entry difficult. Enjoy live entertainment at your table with puppeteers and circus acts even by Mr. Arquette himself.

Emerson Theatre runs on a burlesque theme with an absolutely gorgeous layout centered on a modest but happening dancefloor. The club is very difficult to get into and the door is strict. The same hospitality company, sbe, and elite promoter team The Alliance opened this beautiful venue filled with dancers in a Gatsby-esque theme.

A remodeled theatre in the center of Hollywood Blvd. This place has outlived many of it’s neighbors and predecessors in this giant theatre-style nightclub. With a bar in the middle, go-go dancers, a recessed dancefloor, and an upstairs VIP lounge, the layout for this location is nothing like we’ve seen in Hollywood.
